Esthetics by Ally will send out confirmation reminders 72 hours and 24 hours before your appointment via the email address/phone number on file. No-Shows and cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a 50% fee of the service missed and will be charged to the card on file. If the card on file is declined, any future appointments cannot be booked until the fee is paid. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so through your confirmation email or via text to 832-520-5841. Any client who no shows twice will lose online booking privileges and will need to reach out to me via phone call or text to book any future appointments. A 50% deposit will be required for any future bookings, and will not be refunded if you fail to show for your appointment. Please note, all appointments have a grace period of 10 minutes. Any appointment past 10 minutes will be considered a NO SHOW, automatically cancelled, and the card on file will be charged the 50% fee. Thank you for your continued support!
